速达T3软件登陆显示不正常

安装过程没有提示错误，IE设置已经按照安装说明设置好。在打开登录界面时提示一下错误：System.InvalidOperationException: appSettings 配置节中不存在项“ProductInfo”。

打开控制面板，点击“性能和维护”，再点击“管理工具”中的“internet 信息服务”，然后点击“本地计算机”下的网站，再右键点击“默认网站”点击“浏览”，看是否有windows web服务的页面出来。

点击“开始”-“控制面板”-“管理工具”-“组件服务”-“计算机”-“我的电脑”-“DCOM”选项，选择其下的“IISADMINSERVICE”，右健选择“属性”，找到“安全”，在“启动和激活权限”中编辑“自定义”，添加帐号“NETWORKSERVICE”，
给该帐号赋予“本地启动”和“本地激活”的权限，重新启动IIS之后再访问同一站点，则一切正常若没有，说明安装环境还是有问题，或是IIS没有正确安装，建议重做操作系统。
